The Advantages of Co-Owning a Luxury Property
Fractional ownership makes economic sense. You are a co-owner of a superb property at a fraction of the full value of the asset. You let the management company deal with all the headaches and you spend your time soaking up the sun by the pool.
And if you are unable to use all your weeks and wish to rent out unused weeks, the management company will deal with the rental. The current (2020) rental rate at Il Rifugio is €10,500 in the high season (May-Oct).
Another notable plus of co-ownership is reduced closing costs.
