| Accommodation | Farm complex on three floors. The house was built at the end of 19th century and was enlarged at the beginning of the 20th century. Next to the main house there are secondary buildings with a cubic volume of 400 m3. It is possible to transform these into residential use.
The house was restored to the original specification, maintaining the original utilisation of space and local materials, such as stone and wood. The roof was restored with original timber beams and a new waterproofing membrane. On the ground floor "cotto Florentine" tiles are used for the new paving of kitchen and dining room. On the first floor the original paving of black and white tiles dating from the 1900 are present. All rooms have radiators run off a wood fired boiler. The oldest part of the house is supplied with dust suction system.
