Villa Petrischio lies in area where you can not only find the antique tastes of Tuscany, but also tastes of Umbria and Lazio. The Relais offer for guests a gastronomic tour in which original and fantasy recipes are blended by our prestigious and capable cooks who are interpreting the poor cooking of the renaissance peasants.

It is a journey to discover things like crostini’s (small pieces of toast with a variety of toppings) toasted Tuscan bread also with various toppings, Aqua cotta, Ribollita, black Tuscan cabbage soup, coaled steaks from the famous Chianina, refined risottos with high quality meat, compositions of vegetables and irresistible desserts.
